In the case of the rotary clamping closure, a section is provided on the actuating shaft which, when the closure is open, protrudes outwards beyond the closure housing, so that the opening position of the rotary clamping closure can be recognized in a lateral view. This has the disadvantage that in a plan view of the rotary clamping device whose open position can not be reliably detected. Object of the present invention is therefore to solve the problem described with reference to the prior art and in particular to provide a closure, the open position can be easily recognized even in a plan view. This object is achieved by a closure with the features of the independent claim. Advantageous developments of the closure are given in the dependent claims and the description, wherein features of the advantageous developments in a technologically meaningful way can be combined with each other. The object is achieved by a closure with the features mentioned, in which the closure comprises a signal element which is completely disposed between the actuating shaft and the closure housing in the interior of the closure housing with the closure completely closed and at least in sections, when the closure is open at least partially radially outwardly beyond the closure housing in front of the closure housing, so that when the closure is open, the signal element is visible from the outside from an axial plan view. For the operation of the closure with respect to its closing properties is fully referenced to the aforementioned WO 2012/034 860 A1, in which a designed as a rotary clamping closure closure is described. Alternatively, the closure can also be designed as a cam lock, in which the closing tongue is merely twisted during the closing and opening process and does not execute an axial displacement. In one embodiment of the deflector lock, the closing shaft is rotatably mounted in an axially fixed manner, wherein the actuating shaft is always coupled with the closing shaft during its axial displacement. The directional information used refers to a mounted on a door or flap closure, where "inside" the side of the door is meant on which the shooting tongue is arranged and with "outside" the side of the door is meant on the the actuating lug is arranged. The axial and radial data accordingly relate to the closing shaft or actuating shaft. It is now proposed in particular that the signal element is not visible from the outside when the shutter is closed. By contrast, when the shutter is open, the signal element is not only visible from a lateral perspective, but also at a frontal view of the shutter. Since a part of the signal element extends radially with an open shutter, in particular starting from the actuating shaft, this part can also be seen from the axial direction in the case of a frontal supervision. This ensures that the condition of the opened closure can also be seen from this perspective. The signal element comprises in particular suitably radially biased signal sections, which are arranged outside the closure housing with the shutter open and by the closing operation in which the actuating shaft is axially displaced into the closure housing, in a space between the actuating shaft and the Closing housing reach, wherein the radial extent is less with the shutter closed than when the shutter is open. For this purpose, it is particularly provided that the signal element comprises a firmly applied to the actuating shaft, annular portion and radially sloping signal portions which are outside with the shutter open in front of the closure housing and the closing of the closure by the axial displacement of the actuating shaft and the concomitant axial displacement of the annular portion are deformed by engagement with the closure housing so that the signal portions are substantially axially aligned with the shutter closed and are arranged in an annular space between the annular portion and the closure housing. In particular, the signal portions are connected to an inwardly directed edge of the annular portion with this and directed in an unloaded state both radially and outwardly. Such a signal element can be produced by injection molding with a corresponding plastic. When closing the shutter, the signal portions are aligned by the relative movement to the shutter housing of this in the axial direction, so that they are located in an annular space between the actuating shaft and the closure housing and possibly come into contact with the actuating shaft. In this context, it can be provided that at least the signal sections or a radially oriented surface of the annular portion have a color marking, which is not visible when the shutter is closed. Due to the particular monochrome color marking the signal element is better visible when the shutter is open. In order to ensure that moves the signal element in the axial displacement of the actuating shaft with the actuating shaft, it can be provided that the signal element is arranged with the annular portion in a groove formed in the portion of the actuating shaft. The slide guide 17 consists of a helically extending over the longitudinal extent of the rotary clamping sleeve 16 slot at the (front) end of a trained in the circumferential direction holding portion 27 connects. In order to bring about an axial displacement of the actuating shaft 6 during the rotational movement of the closure housing 2 in associated bores 33 passing through pin 8 is provided, which passes through the actuating shaft 6 in two formed in the wall and thus acting as a sliding guide 7 slots. The signal element 10 is arranged in a groove 21 formed on the section 9. The signal element 10 is thus fixed in the axial direction on the actuating shaft 6. The function of the signal element 10 will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. 2 and 3, the closure 1 according to FIG. 1 is shown in the assembled state and in a closed state, wherein the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 are used. In Figs. 4 and 5, the shutter 1 is shown in an opened state. In the closed closure 1 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the actuating shaft 6 is flush with the closure housing 2. In this position, the signal element 10 is completely in the closure housing 2 between the closure housing 2 and the actuating shaft 6. The signal element 10 is not visible from the outside. In the case of the axial displacement of the actuating shaft 6 which accompanies the opening of the closure 1, the signal sections 12 of the signal element 10 expand in a tulip-like manner in the radial direction in front of the closure housing 2.
